Reflection

Reflection (Impacts of Suggestion)
One of my suggested ideas was to organise more events at the amphitheatre in front of the Toa Payoh library so that the residents in Toa Payoh could interact with each other more. The possible impact of this suggestion is that resources and money might be wasted if enough residents do not turn up for the event as all of funds and resources are invested into even a single event. But it will impact positively if enough residents turn up and actually get to know each other with their neighbours.
Another idea was to organise more activities at the Toa Payoh Community Club. This will enable residents to interact with each other more. By attending these activities, they can learn new things and skills, and know more about their neighbours at the same time. However, just like the previous idea, if there are not enough people, it will be a waste of funds and resources.
In order to avoid this, the residents at Toa Payoh can take their own initiative and participate in the events and activities conducted for them actively. While attending those activities, the residents can try to have an open mind, and accept and learn more about their neighbours to increase the sense of identity of Toa Payoh.
